A Marina is proposed to be developed at the western end of Arawak Cay Fish Fry along West Bay Street. The proposed marina will comprise two commercial buildings, with one hundred and nineteen parking spots, ninety boat slips, provision for fueling boats and will occupy approximately two and a half acres of the seabed between the marina site and Arawak Cay. The site is zoned as commercial with access to West Bay Street.
